Monte Schatz will be presenting and facilitating a panel discussion on the topic “The Financial Advisor and Incapacity: Legal and Ethical Responsibilities to Clients with Potential Mental Capacity Issues” to the Financial Planning Association of Nebraska on Thursday, May 16th. The objective of the program is to assist financial advisors and others in an advisory capacity to identify potential mental capacity issues that might place a client at financial or personal risk and/or personal abuse and undue influence.
Mary Vandenack hosted a Webinar for the Purposeful Planning Institute on the Future of Estate Planning Practice on May 14. The webinar focused on how to create a sustainable estate planning practice with innovation, service and collaborative professional practices that serve clients in the spirit of a concierge level service model.
