Mary E. Vandenack concluded a busy week at the ABA TechShow 2016 held March 16-19, 2016 at the Chicago Hilton. In addition to attending conference sessions, Mary, being last year’s recipient, delivered the “History of the Award” for the James I. Keane Award at the LTRC’s State of Legal Technology Luncheon. She and Barron Henley of Affinity Consulting Group hosted a “Taste of TECHSHOW” dinner. Joshua A. Diveley attended the March Luncheon of the Omaha Estate Planning Council meeting on Tuesday, March 15, 2016. The luncheon featured NAEPC President-Elect, Paul S. Viren, CLU, ChFC, AEP. Mr. Viren provided an update on the happenings at the national level as well as presented, “Beneficiary Designations – How to get back at your family!”.
Joshua A. Diveley, Eric W. Tiritilli and Nicholas D. Meier attended the Medical/Legal Dinner hosted by the Omaha Bar Association on Tuesday evening, March 15, 2016. This annual joint event brings together members of the Omaha Bar Association with members of the Metro Omaha Medical Society to better understand the challenges facing each profession. Guest Speaker was the Douglas County Crime Scene Investigators discussing the topic: “Under the Microscope”.

Vandenack Williams LLC congratulates Mary E. Vandenack, Managing Member, on her election as a Fellow in the College of Law Practice Management.
