On December 6th, 2017 Monte L. Schatz presented at the Certified Fundraising Management – Essentials of Fund Raising Seminar at the College of Public Affairs & Community Service on the University of Nebraska Omaha campus. Monte’s presentation was titled “Case Studies for Management of Endowment Fund Investments: A Nonprofit’s Investment Policy Statement as an Effective Guide to Manage Funds, Select and Review Investment Advisors and Satisfy the Fiduciary Standard.”
Aimee L. Lowe will be presenting for the upcoming national Business Institute (“NBI”) seminar, “Resolving Title Issues: and Liens to Restrictions and Authority,” at Regency Lodge in Omaha on December 13th. Aimee will be speaking on Title Insurance Commitments and Title Endorsements.
Aimee L. Lowe recently authored a chapter for the Nebraska Real Estate Practice Manual (generally referred to as “The Red Book”) on “Corrective Instruments [or how to] Identify Defects, Apply Curative Statutes, and Draft Correct Instruments” for real estate transactions.
