William B. Zastera is a recently retired judge of the 2nd Judicial District Court. His service to the people of Cass, Sarpy and Otoe counties spanned more than 20 years. Zastera’s experience on the bench also includes nearly a decade of work as a judge for the Sarpy County Adult Drug Court. Previous to that appointment, he served the 2nd Judicial District Court with distinction for 6 years. In total, Zastera’s judicial career totals more 26 years. His integrity, high character and professional dedication were honored by colleagues with his selection as a Nebraska State Bar Fellow.
